Returns

All product are covered by our 14 day returns policy. To initiate a return please email us at help@lucyco.store Note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns to us.

All clothing MUST be returned in its original packaging, with tags attached, in unworn condition.

Exhanges

We offer a completely free first exchange on all orders. The returned item must be in re-saleable condition, with the original tags and labels, in its original packaging. The item must reach our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery service marking it as delivered. If you do not return it back to us using a tracked delivery service we cannot guarantee we will receive it.
